I recommend people reading this book because of the fact that most kids in highschool and even adults really never know what's really going on with another student/classmate life but are quickly to judge. The point of this book was to prove that we are all responsible for our actions on what we do and what we say. In this story even the littlest things like putting a name on a list could lead to so many different ways. For example in this story Hannah Baker talks about this kid named Alex that used to be really close friends with her but, later ends up making a huge mistake. The mistake was that he wrote Hannah Baker as best something in the freshman class by trying to make one of his ex jealous. Just because of that small act right there it obviously led to a big role in Hannah decision on taking her life away. This just proves that even the littlest things could lead to bigger and severe results such as someone taking their life away. People are very quick to judge and even by making a small comment it could really affect someone’s life. Although this story was sad based on someone’s bad decisions I recommend it because it’s a book that can change people on the way they act and see other people. Me and this novel are not similar at all but all I can say is that if you see someone down and upset just by asking how is their day going and simple questions could change their mood. I think the author wrote this book with a purpose to save lives and bring families closer together. To be able to open up not be afraid to talk about your problems with close relatives. Also this relates to society because over 50 % of people suffer from depression and are afraid to talk about it with anyone because they believe that they are going to quickly get judge and put down. I believe that’s a common factor and society, and it needs to change! I give this book a 5 out of 5 not because of the decision that Hannah Baker decided to take but because it can teach us to change our ways. In conclusion I would like to state that suicide is no joke and should really be taken very seriously. If you ever feel down suicide is never the reason. There's a better world out there and trust me that a lot of people care about every single one of you. Stay strong and keep your head up!!!
